The client zone is a space intended for all our patients. It provides not only quick but also comprehensive access to individual information regarding your treatment.

- Overview of completed and scheduled examinations
- Results of laboratory examinations

- Ability to download and upload important documents related to your treatment
How to access the client zone?
To log in, you need to know your ID code, it is a unique numeric code that you will receive at the reception when you first visit our clinic.
The first time you log in, you will receive an SMS password. The password will be valid for 30 days, after its expiration, you will receive a new valid password upon login.
After a successful login you will see the content of the Client Zone and your personal profile.

Frequently Asked Questions
I don't have an ID code
To log in you need to know your ID code. You can obtain it:
- in person at the reception of our clinic
- by e-mail to iscare@iscare.sk (Bratislava) or iscare@iscare-martin.sk (Martin)
I didn't receive a SMS
After entering your ID code, you must receive a SMS message with your login password. If you have not received it, please click on I DON'T HAVE SMS and the system will generate a new login password.
If you are unable to log in despite the above mentioned measures please contact us via e-mail or phone.
